Legal Age:
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase online. By placing your order on our website, on the phone, or in person at our store, you have represented to Quiviria Marine that you are at least 21. All parts delivered must be received by an adult of legal age (more than likely, that would be 18!).
Terms & Conditions:
By purchasing from Quivira Marine, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
All parts are sold “AS-IS,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or other description of physical condition.
All risk of loss and damage passes to you upon shipment of the parts purchased. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the parts or of the carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us.
You shall pay any applicable state and local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any merchandise purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such parts.
Every attempt is made to use the correct parts image for the part being displayed on this website.
Privacy/Security:
Quivira Marine holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell any of information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering with us and/or buying parts from us on-line, you will automatically be added to our mailing list but you do have the option to "opt-out" at the time of purchase. If at any time you would like to be removed from our list, simply click on the opt-out button in the email or contact us at the store and you will be removed immediately.
As a customer, you reserve the right to be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received or deciphered by other merchants or mean, ugly, despicable people with malicious intentions. Quivira Marine has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption technology. We use direct cable connections with our credit vendors and do not use an in-store wireless network for point of sale systems. Shipping:
Upon checkout, it’s your decision on how and when your purchase gets there. For now, we offer a non-refundable shipping charge thru UPS.
If you intend to use your own shipping/freight connection, select "In-Store Pick-up" at check-out and leave us a message at the check-out message box's "COMMENT / INSTRUCTION:".
Damaged Shipment:
QMS thoroughly inspects all items before shipment. If your purchase goods is damage while delivery, refuse delivery and contact QMS immediately. If your purchase goods is left without a signature but damage is found, contact QMS immediately. Keep and maintain as much as possible the receipt state of the package, and don't discard it or re-package the goods. Our preferred carriers impose requirements that you report damage (with the evidence) within 10 days of receipt. QMS can assist you in filing a claim with the delivery company. Our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts shipment.
Return Policy:
Unless the reason for “Return” is fully QMS error, all cost arising from recalling back the item from the point of initial paid QMS arranged delivery will be shouldered by QMS. Customer may file a “Return” to QMS within 10 days from the date the item was received (in-store pick-up date will be use as a received date), and must received at QMS no later than 14days from the issuance date of the RA#. QMS will not accept any “for-return” that are mark COD.
Steps to follows: -
Call QMS for Return Authorization Number (QMS-RA#)
Provide the reference Sales Receipt number to QMS
Provide the Item Code(s), description, Qty & Reason why need to return
On the original Sales Receipt, write the provided QMS-RA#.
Place the item together with its original Sales Receipt (Invoice from QMS) to its original unmark packaging and in resalable condition.
Ship the Items-for-Return to QMS.
QMS acknowledge Return based on the following criteria: -
Return must reach QMS 14days from the issuance date of the RA#, with the original receipt
Returns is in its original unmark and resalable packaging condition.
Subject to restocking fee of 20% after inspection valuation
Returns are subject to inspection & valuation.
QMS will not accept Returns if the:-
Return has “No Receipt”
Return is not in original unmark and resalable packaging condition
Return is a Special orders
Return is an electrical and cut goods (i.e. hose, fiberglass tubing)
EXCEPTIONS:
1. If in the event that it has been more than the 30days (yet meet all acceptable criteria), we will still welcome the merchandise for "Return". Quivira Marine will assess the final re-imbursable value of the returned merchandise after applying the return policy, and will kept it as in-Store Credit for the customer to use as a legal tender on its next purchase.
2. In-Store Credit can only be used through assisted phone order or in-store transaction. It is not possible to conduct transaction online due to system limitation.
